Ticket Sales:
Tickets are $10 each
Sold only between 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Linda Rapp Landing Building
Tickets are valid for that night’s draw only
Must be 19+ to purchase
A physical ticket stub is required to claim any prize

Initial Draw:
The initial prize and jackpot amounts are announced
A winning ticket is drawn at random
The ticket number is called at least 3 times within 15 minutes
The winner must be present to claim the prize
If not claimed within 15 minutes, another ticket is drawn until a winner is verified

Initial Prize: 20% of that night’s ticket sales

JACKPOT Draw:
The verified winner of the initial draw selects one card:
Ace of Spades → (Win the jackpot + initial prize). Jackpot paid by cheque within 2 weeks

Any other card → Win the initial prize only
Selected card is removed from the deck
Jackpot rolls over and grows for next week

Jackpot & Prize Structure:
30% of ticket sales goes to the progressive jackpot
Jackpot grows weekly until won
Maximum jackpot: $100,000

Important Rules:
Winner must be present, no proxies allowed
Only the ticket draw winner selects a card
Cards are randomly shuffled and laid face down
All draws are conducted in a fair and transparent manner

End of Lottery / Final Draw:

If the Ace of Spades is drawn:
Winner receives jackpot + initial prize; lottery ends immediately

If the Maximum Jackpot is Reached Early:
A special final draw event is held
Multiple draws may occur until the Ace of Spades is found
Only the Ace of Spades winner receives the jackpot
An additional BONUS draw awards the remaining 20% prize allocation

If Final Date is Reached (May 6, 2027):
One final draw is held
The verified ticket winner automatically draws the Ace of Spades
Winner receives both the jackpot and initial prize
