Bean North Fundraiser Now Live!
Hello Swim Families,
Please read below to navigate the first fundraiser for the season. This is our biggest fundraiser with record sales of over 1,300 lbs of coffee last year - let’s make this year an exceptional one!
For every pound of coffee sold, the swimmer is credited $5.00 toward their required squad fundraising balance. Decaf blend is sold for $21.99 per bag and all other coffees are $19.99 including two Christmas blends.
Deadline: - The fundraiser starts now (October 12) and will run until November 8 at 6:00 p.m.

- Customer Order Form – print copies and fill out one per customer and keep the forms to match with coffee orders at delivery so everyone gets the coffee they ordered.
- 2026 excel totals form – complete this with all your orders totaled and submit by 6:00 p.m. November 8 to jonseymum@yahoo.com
- Note: (Form is excel – just have to fill out quantity, and formula will calculate $$ automatically)
Please note: we are unable to accommodate any late entries or modifications to orders this year after Nov. 8 at 6pm.
Pick up your full order: Sunday November 22 from 6-8pm, and Monday November 23 from 6–8pm at 14 Tutshi Road in Riverdale. If you are unable to pick up during these times, please arrange for someone to pick up for you in your absence
What to do:
1. Sell coffee! There are 5 varieties of regular and 1 decaf coffee, prices are on the form: Regular $19.99/lb and Decaf $21.99/lb. There are 3 grinds available on the form WB=whole bean, FP = French press, A=automatic.
2. You must complete one order form per customer and collect payment from your customer (they must pay you cash, cheque or e-transfer to you personally, not the club). Please ensure that the forms are completely filled in, including Grind, Customer Name, Phone Number, and Total Cost.
3. Combine ALL your orders on the 2026 excel totals form in Excel). Make sure your $$ tally matches the amount you will send the club. Please ensure your swimmers name and squad is clearly marked. Then keep all the individual order forms so you can deliver all your coffee to your customers.
4. Send only the 2026excel totals to jonseymum@yahoo.com by 6:00 p.m. November 8 – orders or changes received after this time will not be accepted.
5. Send one e-transfer per family please (in the amount that matches your MASTER order form) to finance@whitehorseglacierbears.ca by November 22, 2025 and include in the notes your swimmer’s name and squad – eg. Joan Doe, Brown Bears.
6. Pick up your coffee at 14 Tutshi Road in Riverdale on Saturday November 22 from 6-8pm or Monday November 23 from 6-8pm..
