15–17 Year Old Summer Swim Camp
Tuesdays–Thursdays | Ages 15–17
** All camp sessions take place in the main lap pool, with activities centered in the deep end. For safety reasons, all participants must be able to meet the Canada Games Centre swim test standard, which includes swimming two lengths of the pool unassisted.**
The 15–17 Year Old Summer Swim Camp offers motivated teens an opportunity to stay in shape, fine-tune technique, and enjoy the social side of swimming during the off-season. Whether you're a returning competitive swimmer or exploring the sport for the first time, this camp delivers focused, purposeful training in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Camp Highlights:

Weekly Camp Schedule:

Tuesday: Freestyle & Backstroke Mechanics & Drills

Wednesday: Breaststroke & Dolphin Kick (or Intro to Butterfly)

Thursday: Dives, Turns & Team-Based Swim Games
This camp is ideal for older swimmers who want to maintain their fitness, get back into the water, or try swimming with an eye toward joining the Whitehorse Glacier Bears during the full season.
